Kathie Nitz – Relationships Coach

Kathie is a trained life & relationship coach and a Certified Senior Advisor who skillfully helps you to navigate the challenges of eldercare.  As a caregiver to a mom with dementia for the past nearly 10 years, Kathie leverages her coaching skills and personal experiences to teach caregivers how to manage caregiving relationships from a stronger, healthier and more capable place. Understanding the role and recognizing choices helps her clients to communicate well, embracing the journey with less emotional drain, and finding the many gifts within the challenges. During her journey with her mother, Kathie invented Caring Cards, a tool to promote meaningful connection between caregivers and their loved ones, and to preserve legacy.
